Organizational Development team of Kulsum Hospital has developed a comprehensive plan 2013, which includes clinical and non clinical customer training. This will cover almost every segment of employees, interacting with both the internal as well as external customers. These training programs are personally negotiated to ascertain the most effective method of delivery maximizing training outcomes and participant’s experience.
