Service Excellence On The Phone For Kulsum International Hospital First Responders

Keeping in view the importance of first responders in Healthcare, KIH’s HR department organized a training session with Nascent Pakistan. Kulsum International Hospital always thrives to invest in its human capital. We realize that service industry requires excellent human resource to provide utmost care to its clients. This is where KIH thrive to create a difference. 11 employees participated in this training session. Later on, HR Team observed post training evaluation activities and the result was about satisfactory. Keeping in view the employee motivation, now we are entering into a long term training session, where employees from different departments will be a part of this session.
Participants went through different exercises and activities to effectively learn & practice the concepts of Service excellence through telephone.
