Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Saif Healthcare Limited in 2024, the organization operating Kulsum International Hospital and Kulsum Institute of Health Sciences in Islamabad, Mr. Asif Saifullah Khan brings a diverse background shaped by international legal expertise, corporate leadership, and strategic business management. After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Law, Mr. Khan was called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2011. He subsequently built a successful legal career across London and Dubai, working with leading international law firms and asset management companies. Prior to this, he completed his BA in International Studies and Arabic from Emory University. Over the years, he has advised on complex corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, engaging with prominent institutions including… the London Stock Exchange, the Bank of England, and the Financial Conduct Authority. His professional experience also extends into the technology and business sectors, where he worked with start-ups and growing enterprises on corporate strategy, structuring, and fundraising initiatives. In 2020, Mr. Khan was appointed Director of Saif Holdings Limited, further strengthening his leadership experience across multiple industries. As CEO of Kulsum International Hospital, Mr. Khan is focused on strengthening operational excellence, advancing patient-centered healthcare delivery, and supporting the institution’s continued growth. His leadership reflects a forward-looking approach that combines innovation, governance, and a strong commitment to quality healthcare. Under his stewardship, the hospital continues to build upon its longstanding legacy while embracing modern healthcare practices to better serve patients and communities across Pakistan.

After completing Master’s Degrees in Economics and Computer Sciences, she qualified as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), building a distinguished foundation in finance and corporate leadership. Over the years, she has developed significant expertise in corporate taxation, regulatory compliance, project evaluation, and sustainable business growth. In 2017, Mrs. Yousafzai was appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director of Saif Holdings Limited, where she has played an instrumental role in… shaping the strategic direction of the Saif Group of Companies. Her professional experience spans diverse industries, with a strong focus on governance, operational excellence, and long-term institutional development. As a member of the Board of Directors of Saif Healthcare Limited, she contributes to the strategic oversight and continued growth of the organization, supporting its commitment to quality healthcare and sustainable progress. Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Mrs. Yousafzai remains actively engaged in philanthropic and community welfare initiatives, particularly in supporting healthcare services for physically disabled patients. Osman Saifullah Khan

For Osman Saifullah Khan, leadership has always been about creating institutions that deliver lasting impact — whether in business, public service, education, or healthcare. Over the years, his journey has been shaped by a belief that sustainable progress comes from combining innovation with responsibility, and vision with service to society. After completing his Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, and Management from Christ Church, University of Oxford in 1995 as a Britannia Scholar, Mr. Khan returned to Pakistan and joined the Saif Group. At the time, the Group was expanding its footprint across industries, and he became actively involved in driving strategic and operational growth across its businesses. His early years within the organization laid the foundation for a leadership style centered on long-term value creation, modernization, and institutional strength. Today, as Vice Chairman of the Saif Group, Mr. Khan oversees a diversified portfolio spanning industry, energy, textiles, and services. His entrepreneurial outlook led him beyond national borders with the establishment of the Mediterranean Textile Company in Egypt, which became the country’s largest exporter of premium yarn. His involvement in renewable energy through SkyElectric Pvt. Ltd. further reflects… his commitment to innovation and future-focused development. Throughout his career, Mr. Khan has remained closely connected to Pakistan’s economic and policy landscape. He has served on the Board of Pakistan State Oil (PSO), contributed to national policy discussions through the Pakistan Business Council (PBC), and held advisory positions with key public institutions including the Planning Commission of Pakistan and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). His journey into public service reached a defining chapter in 2012, when he was elected unopposed to the Senate of Pakistan, representing Islamabad. During his tenure, he chaired the Senate Standing Committee on Science & Technology and worked on important legislative and policy matters across finance, technology, and governance. Among his notable contributions was introducing the Domestic Workers (Employment Rights) Bill 2015, reflecting his advocacy for social protection and dignity in the workplace. Beyond boardrooms and public office, Mr. Khan’s work has consistently reflected a deep commitment to social development. Through the Wadaan Foundation, which he founded, he has supported initiatives focused on water access, healthcare, and education in underserved communities of southern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Assad Saifullah Khan

Assad Saifullah Khan brings a diverse background in law, business leadership, and corporate governance to his role as Director of Saif Group of Companies. His professional journey reflects a combination of international education, legal expertise, and strategic leadership across multiple sectors. Mr. Khan graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 with a major in History and Culture and a minor in French. He later moved to London to pursue his legal education, completing his Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law in 2005, followed by the Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law in 2007. During his legal training, he gained valuable experience working with Orr, Dignam & Co. in Islamabad and as a caseworker for the Right Honourable Harriet Harman MP in the United Kingdom. After completing his studies, he interned at J.D. Spicer & Co. in… London before returning to Pakistan in 2007. He subsequently joined Hassan & Hassan in Lahore, where he worked under the guidance of Dr. Parvez Hassan on company law and corporate matters for several multinational organizations. Over the years, Mr. Khan transitioned into leadership roles within the Saif Group and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Kohat Textile Mills Limited. He also serves on the boards of several Group companies, including Saif Textile Mills Limited, Saif Power Limited, Saif Energy Limited, and Saif Healthcare Limited. As Head of the Legal Department for the Group, Mr. Khan oversees legal and contractual matters across subsidiaries and associated companies, bringing with him extensive experience from both Pakistan and the United Kingdom. As Director of Saif Healthcare Limited, Mr. Assad Saifullah Khan continues to contribute towards strengthening institutional excellence, innovation, and quality healthcare services at Kulsum International Hospital.

Mr. Faisal Saifullah Khan serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Saif Healthcare Limited. In his role, he oversees operational management and supports the organization’s ongoing efforts to strengthen healthcare delivery, institutional performance, and patient services. With experience across business management and corporate operations, Mr. Khan brings a practical and forward-looking approach to organizational leadership. He has been associated with the Saif Group in various capacities, contributing to the development and operational growth of its healthcare… initiatives. As COO, he is focused on enhancing efficiency, supporting quality-driven healthcare practices, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments to meet the evolving needs of patients and healthcare professionals alike. His leadership reflects a commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and the continued advancement of healthcare services at Kulsum International Hospital. With a professional journey spanning more than five decades, Rana Muhammad Shafi has played a significant role in shaping financial leadership and corporate governance within some of Pakistan’s leading business institutions. His career reflects a lifelong commitment to discipline, strategic thinking, and institutional growth. Mr. Shafi began his professional career in Pakistan’s textile industry, where he gained extensive experience in accounting, financial management, and administration through his work with organizations including Nishat Mills Ltd., Mansoor Textile Mills Ltd., and Ali Textile Mills Ltd. These early years laid the foundation for a career defined by financial expertise and operational leadership. In January 1981, he joined the Saif Group, beginning a long-standing association that would span over four decades. Over the years, he steadily progressed through multiple leadership roles including Cost & Management Accountant, Chief Accountant, Commercial Manager, General Manager Finance, Executive Director Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Advisor. His journey within the Group reflects not only professional excellence, but also the trust and confidence earned through… decades of dedicated service. Throughout his career, Mr. Shafi has advised the Boards of Saif Group companies on investments, mergers and acquisitions, treasury management, capital markets, and financial strategy for new ventures. His expertise in securitization of assets and corporate finance has contributed significantly to the Group’s growth and long-term stability. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Shafi has remained committed to professional development and knowledge sharing. He has conducted numerous workshops on corporate accounting, leadership management, and treasury financing, mentoring professionals and contributing to the advancement of financial management practices in Pakistan. He is also a Certified Director under the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations 2017. Mr. Shafi holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of the Punjab and pursued professional studies with the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. Today, as Advisor to the Board, he continues to bring invaluable financial insight, experience, and strategic guidance to the institutions he serves, including Saif Healthcare Limited and Kulsum International Hospital.

Jehannaz Saifullah Khan serves as Director at Saif Holdings Limited, where she contributes to the strategic direction of one of Pakistan’s prominent diversified business groups. Her journey reflects a strong foundation in technical education combined with an evolving leadership perspective in corporate governance and enterprise development. She holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at NUST, one of the country’s leading institutions for science and technology education. During her academic years, she developed a keen interest in Digital Signal Processing,… which also became the focus of her final year project, showcasing her analytical thinking and problem-solving approach. Early in her professional journey, she gained practical industry exposure through an internship in the IT department at Ufone in 2012. This experience allowed her to understand real-world technology operations and corporate systems, further strengthening her technical and organizational insight. Today, Jehannaz Saifullah Khan brings together her engineering background and corporate experience in her role at Saif Holdings Limited, contributing to governance, oversight, and long-term value creation within the group’s expanding portfolio.

An Honorary Research Fellow at Imperial College London and former UAE Representative of the Royal Society for Public Health, Dr. Hasan continues to contribute to advancing quality healthcare through innovation, leadership, and global best practices.
