- Adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or lower with health problems
- People with diabetes, high blood pressure or sleep apnoea linked to weight
- People who have struggled to lose weight on their own
What the service includes
Assessment of weight-related health, personalised diet plans, activity advice, behavioural support, weight-loss medicines when suitable and assessment for bariatric surgery.
What to expect
Regular follow-up helps track progress and adjust the plan. Modest weight loss of 5 to 10 percent can already improve health.
