What the service includes
Assessment of tobacco use, a personalised quit plan, behavioural support, nicotine replacement and other medicines, and follow-up to prevent relapse.
What to expect
Set a quit date and plan for triggers. Cravings usually ease after a few weeks. Several attempts may be needed, and each one increases the chance of success.
