Overview
Urological cancers are often treatable, especially when found early. Some prostate cancers grow so slowly that careful monitoring is safer than immediate treatment. Treatment is planned by urologists and oncologists together, taking into account your age, health and wishes.

- People with blood in the urine
- Men with a raised PSA or abnormal prostate examination
- People with a kidney mass found on a scan
- Men with a testicular lump
Treatment options
Options include surgery (open, keyhole or endoscopic), bladder treatments, hormone therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and radiotherapy.
What to expect
